I had to take a day off this week because of a nasty headache I was dealing with, but I went back at it yesterday and had a good long sweaty walk! According to the treadmill I walked 2.8 miles which is roughly 4.5KM.
I’m hoping that the weather improves over the weekend so that I can get one or two decent walks in over the long weekend.
I’m really working on keeping at it! I’m down roughly 5 pounds day to day, and I feel a lot better with my day after a workout. I end up sleeping a lot better at night after a decent workout, and in the morning I feel good.
Now if only my babies would sleep at night, I think we might have a winning combo.
